Hi I’m Ciara Amir, owner of Illume and Certified Medical Micropigmentation Trainer. Permanent makeup has completely changed my life and I am ready to help others achieve their life goals through the art of permanent cosmetics. Permanent makeup has consistently been one of the fastest growing industries. Unlike many trendy beauty professions, permanent makeup has been around and in demand for several decades. Practicing permanent makeup can be extremely lucrative all while working just a few days a week. I am ready to help you launch one of the best careers you’ve ever had, are you ready to change your life?

How we’re different.

Oklahoma’s Medical Micropigmentation industry has lacked diversity and inclusion. We’ve made it our mission to create a practice that was reflective of everyone regardless of their age, sex, or ethnicity.

Illume Institute of Permanent Cosmetics is the only course in Oklahoma that focuses on permanent makeup for ALL. Our inclusive approach to permanent makeup allows us to celebrate all complexions while offering training on the safest procedures specifically tailored to the individual’s needs. The curriculum was designed with a global skin focus that will prepare our students to serve a multitude of clients regardless of skin type, tone and texture.

Do you want to glow up your life? Come train with me and become a licensed permanent makeup artist.
