Hi, I’m Ciara Amir Beckford, founder and artist behind Illume.
I’ve spent nine years in the permanent makeup industry and completed over 8,000 procedures. I’ve been honored with Best of 405 and Best of Edmond, but trust matters most to me. Every face I work on is real, and every result has a long-term impact.
I don’t believe in shortcuts or trends that age poorly. My work is honest, ethical, and rooted in respecting skin, healing, and responsibility as an artist.
Permanent makeup should enhance who you already are, not turn you into someone else. I work on all skin tones, skin types, and textures, and every service is fully customized. No cookie-cutter designs, just thoughtful work designed to help you look like the best version of you.
